Clients desired open floor design with oversized island for entertaining. Structural, plumbing, electrical & finish modifications/improvements were required. Several custom elements including farmhouse sink, cabinet wine rack, wine refrigerator, under-cabinet LED lighting & drawer microwave were added.

Client wanted a bright, stylish kitchen/dining space with assorted colors chosen to invoke a sea glass theme. The glass tile backsplash throughout the cabinet areas & porcelain plank floor tile was installed to enhance this palette.

Hurricane Sandy Kitchen Rehab
Bayside residence suffered 4+ feet of flooding damage from Hurricane Sandy. During the mold abatement process, the kitchen was gutted & we determined the original sub flooring and joist were substandard & required replacement. New hardwood flooring was installed & refinished to match the existing flooring found throughout the residence. All electrical & plumbing service was replaced & upgraded. Following the installation of the cabinets, a subway tile backsplash was installed.
